The main objectives for which the Company is established is to develop, educate, train and equip African women, men, student and scholar community in particular, with knowledge, information, skills, competence and technical know-how that will generate a mass of future leaders capable of evolving African answers to Africa's challenges and empower them to solve their own problems and realize social economic development for the betterment of Africa in particular and mankind worldwide in general.

TSSFL intends to be greatly sustained and propelled by ICT, with great emphasis on development and deployment of open-source solutions. We aim to prioritize application of ICT and change the way we look at problems in service provision and business industry. We are working to create a dedicated team of assembled innovators, scientists and technologists who provide commercial solutions, ranging from computing to data science, software engineering and other ICT related products and services. We are greatly motivated, dedicated, and faithfully strive to achieve and utilize our full potentials for TSSFL's sustainability and provide unprecedented solutions to various developmental challenges.

Tanzania Students and Scholars Foundation Limited (TSSFL), Company Number 87839, is a Private Company Limited by Guarantee and Not Having Share Capital, registered under the Companies Act, 2002 in the United Republic of Tanzania since 18 April, 2012. TSSFL is as well registered by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and assigned the Taxpayer Identification Number 117-078-116, with effect from 24 April, 2012. TSSFL is established on the notion that knowledge is not only power but the answer to all challenges, and must be applied to solve various societal problems. Its principle aim is to inculcate in the community ideals of relentless pursuit of knowledge and indefatigable labour in all its endeavours, in accordance to its motto "A creative journey towards infinite possibilities". The company's establishment is motivated by Africa massive challenges, including, but not limited to, educational, economical, health and environmental problems; and it faithfully strives to find answers to these challenges for independent Africa future.
